[1] By a judgment dated 7 September 2011, I dismissed an application to leave and awarded the first and second respondents costs on a 2B basis. Schedules of costs have been filed by both the first and second respondents accordingly. They are each entitled to costs as to the first respondent in the sum of $2,068 against the appellant.
