ALAN THOMAS v ACCIDENT COMPENSATION CORPORATION [2013] NZHC 2739 [21 October 2013]
[1] The Corporation seeks costs on a 2B basis in respect of Mr Thomas’ unsuccessful application for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeal. Mr Thomas does not oppose the application and it is accordingly granted. I make an order directing Mr Thomas to pay the Corporation’s costs in accordance with the
memorandum filed on its behalf dated 11 September
2013.
