WAITOMO ADVENUTRES LIMITED v O'HAGAN [2014] NZHC 584 [27 March 2014]

[1] I thank counsel for their memoranda on the question of costs.

[2] The affect of my judgment was that it was an interim one providing for a halt which can be reviewed depending on progress made with the impeachment proceedings which the judgment debtor has commenced in the High Court at Tauranga.

[3] Because the overall outcome is not yet known, I consider that costs ought to be reserved and I order accordingly.
