JUDGMENT OF DUNNINGHAM J
[1] The plaintiffs have made an application for further discovery
from the defendants. That is consented to by the defendants.
[2] The documents which are sought and are to be provided are as listed at
paragraph 7 of a letter from the plaintiffs’ solicitors to the
defendants’ solicitors, dated 3 September 2016.
