JUDGMENT OF DUNNINGHAM J






[1] At the conclusion of my judgment dated 19 November 2015 I held that the second respondent was entitled to costs against the appellant.

[2] The second respondent seeks an award of scale costs based on a calculation applying category 2 band B, plus disbursements, in the total of $13,987.50. These

comprise 6.25 days of attendances at $2,230 per day, plus the sealing fee of $50.

[3] The second respondent’s calculation of costs is uncontentious. Costs are awarded in the second respondent’s favour in the sum of $13,987.50.
