_{SECTION 257 QUANTUM DECISION}

[1] Further to the decision of the Tribunal given on 22 June 2010, the quantum of the Order pursuant to s.257 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006, to be paid by the Standards Committee is $5,664. It is noted there is a further order pursuant to s.249, that the practitioner reimburse the Law Society for such award, in the same amount.
