IN THE MATTER of the Wine Makers Act 1981
AND
IN THE MATTER of an application by MAISON VIN LIMITED, MONEO VINTNERS LIMITED, NORTHROW VINEYARDS LIMITED, RUBEN HALL VINEYARDS LIMITED, VILLA MARIA ESTATE LIMITED and SILVERLAKE VINEYARDS LIMITED for orders for removal of wine makers’ licences pursuant to s.14 of the Act from premises situated at 5 Kirkbride Road, Mangere to premises situated at 470 Oruarangi Road, Mangere.

DECISION
These are applications by Maison Vin Limited, Moneo Vintners Limited, Northrow Vineyards Limited, Ruben Hall Vineyards Limited, Villa Maria Estate Limited and Silverlake Vineyards Limited pursuant to s.14 of the Act for orders for removal of grape wine makers’ licences held by them in respect of premises situated at 5 Kirkbride Road, Mangere, to premises situated at 470 Oruarangi Road, Mangere.
The applications were duly advertised and no objections or notices of desire to be heard have been received. Accordingly we deal with the matters on the papers.
We are satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard pursuant to s.14 of the Act and grant the applications.
The orders for removal may issue immediately.
The licences will need to be produced to the Secretary of the Manukau District Licensing Agency for endorsement pursuant to Regulation 9(4) of the Wine Makers Regulations 1990.
