DECISION

This is an application by Ravi Kumar Pallapothula pursuant to s.118 of the Act for a General Manager’s Certificate.

The application was initially opposed by the District Licensing Agency Inspector on the basis of the applicant’s lack of experience in the hospitality industry. The Agency Inspector has subsequently withdrawn his opposition.

We will now deal with the matter on the papers.

We are now satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard as set out in s.121(1) of the Act and we grant the application.
