DECISION
This is an application by Matthew Rhodes Keegan for a General Manager’s Certificate.
At the time of the filing of the application in December 2001, Mr Keegan was said to be employed at the Diva Bar and Café in Dixon Street, Wellington. However, he terminated his employment and has been unable to be contacted ever since. The application is deficient because there is no reference to the completion of any formal training. There was no appearance by the applicant when the application was called.
In those circumstances it is inferred that the applicant no longer has an interest in pursuing his application and it is accordingly refused.
DATED at WELLINGTON this 4th day of February 2003
