DECISION
This is an application by Jonathan Peter McKenzie for a General Manager’s Certificate.
The application was filed with the Wellington District Licensing Agency on 25 January 2002. At that time Mr McKenzie was working as a team leader at Woolworths Karori. He terminated his employment in May 2002. Since that time he has been unable to be contacted or interviewed by the Inspector. Correspondence has been returned, and Mr McKenzie has not appeared before the Authority when the application was called.
Consequently it is inferred that Mr McKenzie is no longer interested in pursuing his application and it is refused.
DATED at WELLINGTON this 4th day of February 2003
