DECISION

This is an application by Josephine Octavia Miles for a General Manager’s Certificate.

The application was filed on 22 February 2002. Despite a number of efforts by the District Licensing Agency Inspector, he has been unable to interview the applicant to ascertain her knowledge of the Act. Inquiries reveal that Ms Miles has probably moved to Wanganui. When the application was called, there was no appearance by the applicant.

In those circumstances it is assumed that Ms Miles is no longer interested in pursuing her application which is accordingly refused.
