DECISION

This is an application by Margaret Bridgett Crump pursuant to s.118 of the Act for a General Manager’s Certificate.

The application initially attracted an adverse report from the Police concerning the applicant’s conviction on 20 May 1999 for driving with an excess breath alcohol level. The Police have subsequently withdrawn their opposition. We will now deal with the matter on the papers.

We are now satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard as set out in s.121(1) of the Act and we grant the application.
