DECISION

In decision number PH 216 – 229/2002 the Liquor Licensing Authority ordered that off-licence number 060/OFF/27/2000 issued to R C & L F McLean Limited in respect of “Riccarton Pak N’ Save” be suspended for a period of five days. That suspension period was stayed pending appeal.

The appeal has now been determined and the licensee, R C & L F McLean Limited, wishes to commence the suspension period without delay.

On consent of the licensee and the regulatory authorities it is hereby determined that the period of suspension originally ordered shall commence at 6.00 am Monday 23 June 2003 and conclude at 6.00 Saturday 28 June 2003.
