DECISION

In decision number LLA PH 216-229/2002 the Liquor Licensing Authority ordered that off-licence number 060/OFF/18/2001 issued to Karara Holdings Limited in respect of “Merivale Fresh Choice” be suspended for a period of five days. That suspension period was stayed pending appeal.

The appeal has now been determined and the licensee, Karara Holdings Limited, wishes to commence the suspension period on Monday 30 June 2003.

On consent of the licensee and the regulatory authorities it is hereby determined that the period of suspension originally ordered shall commence at 6.00 am Monday 30 June 2003 and conclude at 6.00 am Saturday 5 July 2003.
