DECISION
This is an application by Mark II Limited pursuant to s.8 of the Act for a wine maker’s licence to make grape wine on the premises situated at McNulty Road, Cromwell.
The application was duly advertised and no objection or notice of desire to be heard has been received. Accordingly we deal with the matter on the papers.
We are satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard pursuant to s.9 of the Act and grant the application.
The order for removal may issue immediately.
The applicant should note that if it is proposed to sell wine to the public it will be necessary to obtain an appropriate on and/or off-licence pursuant to the Sale of Liquor Act 1989.
