DECISION

In decision number LLA PH 216-229/2002 the Liquor Licensing Authority ordered that off-licence number 060/OFF/61/2000 issued to Robeade Holdings Limited in respect of “Woolston Tavern” be suspended for a period of five days. That suspension period was stayed pending appeal.

The appeal has now been determined and the licensee, Robeade Holdings Limited, now wishes to commence the suspension period on Monday 28 July 2003.

On consent of the licensee and the regulatory authorities it is hereby determined that the period of suspension originally ordered shall commence at 6.00 am Monday 28 July 2003 and conclude at 6.00 am Saturday 2 August 2003.
