DECISION

This is an application by Gurdeep Singh pursuant to s.118 of the Act for a General Manager’s Certificate.

The application initially attracted adverse reports from the Police and District Licensing Agency Inspector following the applicant selling liquor to a minor during a controlled purchase operation. The Police and District Licensing Agency Inspector have subsequently withdrawn their opposition. We will now deal with the matter on the papers.

We are now satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard as set out in s.121(1) of the Act and we grant the application.
