RESERVE DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY
[1] This is an application by Ana Luhre Bajurin pursuant to s.118 of the Act for a General Manager’s Certificate. The criteria to which we must have regard is set out in s.121 of the Act.
[2] The application is opposed by the Inspector on the grounds that the applicant has failed to provide evidence of relevant training qualifications, information regarding her previous experience in the liquor industry, and references from previous employers.
[3] The Inspector has been unable to interview the applicant in order to determine her suitability to be the holder of a General Manager’s Certificate.
[4] Miss Bajurin did not appear to support her application. By her absence we can only conclude that she no longer wishes to pursue her application.
[5] In all the circumstances, Miss Bajurin’s application for a General Manager’s Certificate is refused.
DATED at WELLINGTON this 20th day of October 2004
