ORAL DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY
[1] Before the Authority is an application by Andrew Boddington Smart for a General Manager’s Certificate.
[2] Mr Smart filed his application on 15 March 2004. Following the filing of the application, Mr Smart was written to on two occasions requesting further information. In particular he was asked for evidence of his relevant training qualifications and evidence of his experience within the industry. Mr Smart failed to respond to the requests and the Inspector was advised that he has since left the area.
[3] Mr Smart has failed to appear in support of his application which is now declined.
