ORAL DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY
[1] Before the Authority is an application by Paul James Davidson for a General Manager's Certificate.
[2] This is a historical matter which has been referred on to us by the District Licensing Agency Inspector, as a matter of process. There was an administrative delay in processing the application, which was not a reflection on the applicant.
[3] The application itself was incomplete and attempts to contact the applicant were unsuccessful. The applicant's telephone had been disconnected. There is no confirmation of whether the applicant is working in the industry, or whether he is the holder of a Licence Controller Qualification. He has failed to appear following the issue of the notice of hearing. In those circumstances we draw the inference that he is no longer interested in pursuing his application, which is now refused.
DATED at WELLINGTON this 1st day of November 2007
