ORAL DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY

[1] Before the Authority is an application by Sally Helen Eva Borland for a General Manager's Certificate.

[2] The application was filed with the District Licensing Agency on 13 February 2007. The application lacked the Licence Controller Qualification. The Agency informed Ms Borland of the requirement but she failed to respond in a positive way. Furthermore Ms Borland failed to appear in support of her application and no explanation or excuse was given for her non-appearance.

[3] We therefore draw the inference that she is no longer interested in pursuing her application, which in any event and as a matter of law, must now be refused.
