ORAL DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY
[1] Before the Authority is an application by Joanne Mary Salvation pursuant to s.118 of the Act for a General Manager’s Certificate. The applicant is the holder of the Licence Controller Qualification.
[2] The applicant filed her application with the District Licensing Agency on 1 November 2006. The District Licensing Agency opposes the application. The applicant failed to attend an interview in January 2007. A letter was written to the applicant in April 2007 and a further letter was sent a week later seeking confirmation of employment. No responses have been received to those letters.
[3] The applicant failed to appear before and the assumption is that she is no longer interested in pursuing her application. As a consequence the application is now refused.
