DECISION

We have before us an application by Kelly Anne Melody for a General Manager’s Certificate.

The application was opposed by the District Licensing Agency Inspector in December 2008, on the basis that Ms Melody had failed to provide work references as requested.

Ms Melody has now provided the outstanding documentation and the Inspector is satisfied with her application. He has withdrawn his opposition and recommends that the certificate be granted.

We are satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.121(1) of the Act and we grant the application. The certificate may issue immediately.
