DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY
[1] This decision concerns two applications for General Managers’ Certificates made by Manparteet Singh and Tane Wallace Rogers. The applications were filed with the Rotorua District Licensing Agency and were opposed by the reporting agencies. The matters were accordingly set down for a public hearing before the Authority.
[2] There was no appearance by either applicant and we make the reasonable assumption that they do not intend to pursue their applications. Nor can we be satisfied as to the matters set out in s.121 of the Act.
[3] Both applications are accordingly declined.
DATED at WELLINGTON this 20TH day of September 2010
