DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY

[1] This is an application for renewal of a General Manager's Certificate by Dominic Marcus Ivancic. The certificate was first issued on 8 April 2009. Accordingly this is the first renewal of the certificate.

[2] The renewal application was filed with the Wellington District Licensing Agency on 8 March 2010. It attracted opposition from the District Licensing Agency Inspector because the applicant failed to supply requested information and attend an interview. We understand from Mr Putze, the District Licensing Agency Inspector, that there is new management at the premises where the applicant had been working and that he no longer appears to be working there.

[3] In any event there was no appearance by Mr Ivancic. Therefore in accordance with our usual practice the application is now declined.
