DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY
[1] When the application by the applicant was called at the hearing on 27 September 2010 there was no appearance on behalf of it.
[2] The non appearance by the applicant indicates that it is not interested in proceeding with the application. The failure to send any representative on its behalf also indicates unsuitability.
[3] In the circumstances the application for the on-licence is refused.
