DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY

[1] Before the Authority is an application pursuant to s.118 of the Act for a General Manager's Certificate for Jena Ashley Eyles. The applicant filed her application with the Gisborne District Licensing Agency on 28 June 2010.

[2] Both the Police and District Licensing Agency Inspector opposed the application. The applicant appeared before the Authority. The decision of the Authority is that the applicant will be interviewed by the Inspector. If that interview is satisfactory and proof that the applicant holds the Licence Controller Qualification is provided, the Police will withdraw their objection at which time the application can be dealt with on the papers.

[3] The application is adjourned under those terms.
