DECISION
We have before us an application by Constable T Pillay of Manukau Police dated 14 September 2010, for suspension of an off-licence following a controlled purchase operation on Friday 10 September 2010.
The ground for the application is that that the premises have been conducted in breach of the provisions of s.155 of the Act – sale of liquor to a person under 18 years of age.
The respondent does not dispute the ground for the application and has agreed to suspension of the off-licence. Accordingly, we make the following order by consent:
Off-licence number 008/OFF/06/2010, issued to T Smart Limited, is suspended for three days from 10.00 am on Wednesday 24 November 2010 until 10.00 am on Saturday 27 November 2010.
DATED at WELLINGTON this 20th day of October 2010
