DECISION

We have before us an application by James Murray Olsen for renewal of a General Manager’s Certificate.

The Police and District Licensing Agency Inspector oppose the application because of difficulties in contacting Mr Olsen. It was not possible to establish whether or not he was currently employed in licensed premises. The matter was referred to the Authority for determination.

Contact has now been made with the applicant and opposition to the application has been withdrawn.

We are satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.126 of the Act and we grant the application. A notice of renewal is attached to this decision.
