IN THE MATTER of the Sale of Liquor Act 1989
AND
IN THE MATTER of an application by LYNN JOHANNAH FREEMAN pursuant to s.123 of the Act for renewal of a Club Manager’s Certificate
BEFORE THE LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY
Chairman: District Court Judge J D Hole
Member: Dr J Horn
FINAL DECISION
In decision number [2010] NZLLA 373 we adjourned an application by Lynn Johannah Freeman for the renewal of her Club Manager’s Certificate until 3 September 2010 for further reports as to her suitability to hold a certificate.
The Police and District Licensing Agency Inspector have advised the Authority’s Secretary that the applicant has no other convictions since the September 2008 conviction for driving with an excess breath alcohol level, and they have no further opposition to the certificate being renewed.
We are now satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.126 of the Act and we renew the certificate for three years until 3 July 2012. A notice of renewal is attached to this decision.
DATED at WELLINGTON this 26TH day of November 2010
