DECISION

We have before us an application by Pauline Mokalei for renewal of a General Manager’s Certificate.

The application was initially opposed by both the Police and District Licensing Agency Inspector and called into question the applicant’s suitability to continue to hold the certificate. The Police and Inspector have subsequently reviewed their stance on the application and have withdrawn their opposition.

We are satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.126 of the Act and we renew the certificate for three years until 6 May 2013. A notice of renewal is attached to this decision.
