ORAL DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY
[1] This decision relates to an application dated 8 August 2009 by Benjamin Robert James pursuant to s.118 of the Act for a General Manager's Certificate.
[2] At the hearing today Mr James did not appear. He has not been interviewed by the District Licensing Agency Inspector. However, the Inspector advises the Authority that Mr James is no longer employed in the liquor industry.
[3] In those circumstances it is plain that Mr James does not intend to pursue his application. It is accordingly refused.
