ORAL DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY

[1] In an application under reference GM 415/2009 and dated 23 February 2009 Campbell Warren Galletly has applied pursuant to s.118 of the Act for a General Manager’s Certificate.

[2] At the hearing today there was no appearance by Mr Galletly. Significantly, the Inspector of the Selwyn District Licensing Agency indicated that she had had some difficulties in making contact with him.

[3] Given his non-appearance today it seems that Mr Galletly no longer wishes to pursue his application and accordingly the application is declined.
