ORAL DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY
[1] This decision relates to an application by Daniel Marcellus Leroy Cook pursuant to s.118 of the Act for a General Manager's Certificate.
[2] There was no appearance by the applicant. The application is opposed by the Police on the grounds that the applicant has not only failed to declare previous convictions but has previous convictions.
[3] The non appearance of the applicant would indicate that he does not intend to pursue his application. In the circumstances the application is refused.
