DECISION

We have before us an application by Stefania Sarnecki-Capper for renewal of a General Manager’s Certificate.

The Police opposed the application because they had information to the effect that the applicant was not currently employed in the liquor industry. The District Licensing Agency referred the matter to the Authority for determination. A public hearing was scheduled for 16 March 2010.

A supplementary Police report states that the applicant is the director of a company currently applying for an off-licence. Opposition is now withdrawn.

We are satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.126 of the Act and we grant the application. A notice of renewal is attached to this decision.
