FINAL DECISION

We have before us an application by Xiaohong (Lori) Cai for a General Manager’s Certificate.

The District Licensing Agency Inspector opposed the application because Ms Cai had not provided evidence of being employed at licensed premises in a managerial capacity.

A public hearing was held in Auckland on 17 February 2010, and the application was adjourned for Ms Cai to provide references as proof of her employment (see LLA PH 176/2010).

The applicant has provided our Secretary with a number of relevant references. We are now satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.121(1) of the Act and we grant the application. The certificate may issue immediately.
