ORAL DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY
[1] Before the Authority is an application for a General Manager's Certificate by Wayne Martin. The application was received by the Waitakere District Licensing Agency on 22 September 2009.
[2] The application was opposed by the Inspector on the grounds of lack of knowledge and experience. The matter was accordingly set down for a public hearing.
[3] There has been no appearance by Mr Martin and we draw the reasonable conclusion that he is no longer interested in pursuing the application. Nor can we be satisfied as to the criteria set out in s.121 of the Act.
[4] For the reasons given the application is refused.
DATED at WELLINGTON this 10TH day of May 2010
