DECISION

We have before us an application by Melanie Paulette Tarawa for a General Manager’s Certificate.

The application was initially opposed by the Franklin District Licensing Agency Inspector due to Ms Tarawa lacking employment in the industry. The applicant has since found employment, and on that basis the Inspector has withdrawn his opposition.

We are satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.121(1) of the Act and we grant the application. The certificate may issue immediately.
