DECISION

We have before us an application by Damian James Yee for renewal of a General Manager’s Certificate.

The District Licensing Agency Inspector opposed the application because Mr Yee had failed to complete a questionnaire and had not attended an interview. The matter was referred to the Authority for determination at a public hearing.

The applicant has now satisfactorily resolved the outstanding issues and opposition to renewal is withdrawn.

We are satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.126 of the Act and we grant the application. A notice of renewal is attached to this decision.
