DECISION
This is an application by JB & JM Williams Limited for renewal of an off-licence in respect of premises situated at 1-53 Ranui Avenue, Timaru, known as "Pak ‘n Save Timaru".
Public notification of the application attracted an objection. Our Secretary attempted to contact the objector to seek clarification on his objection and to confirm if he wished to maintain it. Having received no reply, we reach the conclusion he does not wish to continue his objection, so will deal with the matter on the papers.
We are satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard as set out in s.45 of the Act. We renew the licence on the existing terms and conditions until 6 January 2013, that being three years from the first anniversary of the licence and we authorise the issue of a notice of renewal.
DATED at WELLINGTON this 22nd day of June 2010
