DECISION
We have before us an application by Constable C S Harvey of Manukau Police, dated 3 June 2010, for suspension of a General Manager’s Certificate held by Penelope Duncan.
The ground for the application is that Ms Duncan has failed to conduct licensed premises in a proper manner. In particular, on 22 May 2010, she was intoxicated while acting as duty manager of “JD’s Sports Bar”.
The respondent has agreed to suspension of her manager’s certificate. Accordingly, we make the following order by consent:
General Manager’s Certificate number GM/08/324/2005, issued to Penelope June Duncan, is suspended for 14 weeks from 26 July 2010.
DATED at WELLINGTON this 25th day of June 2010
