DECISION

We have before us an application by Ramy Salim for a General Manager’s Certificate.

The District Licensing Agency Inspector initially opposed this application due to Mr Salim failing to attend an interview with the Inspector. Since then, he has attended an interview and satisfied the Inspector’s concerns. The Inspector has withdrawn her opposition.

We are satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.121(1) of the Act and we grant the application. The certificate may issue immediately.
