ORAL DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY
[1] This decision relates to an application by Lyman Investments Limited pursuant to s.9 of the Act for an on-licence in respect of premises situated at 1/154 Harbour Village Drive, Hobbs Bay known as “Pepe Loco’s Mexican Restaurant and Bar”.
[2] At the hearing the applicant, the Inspector, and Mr Smith (representing the objectors) indicated that a compromise had been reached.
[3] Accordingly, by consent the application for the on-licence is granted for a period of 12 months. The conditions pertaining to the licence are exactly the same as those contained in the previous licence affecting the premises, being licence number 004/ON/017/09, except Condition (b) which will now read:
(b) Liquor may be sold only on the following days and during the following hours:
On such days and during such hours as the premises are being operated as a restaurant but not other than on the following days and hours:
Monday to Sunday 11.00 am to 12.30 am the following day.
