DECISION

We have before us an application by Jayson Sunil Daji for a General Manager’s Certificate.

The Police and District Licensing Agency Inspector initially opposed this application because Mr Daji was the duty manager during a failed controlled purchase operation. Since then however, their concerns surrounding the controlled purchase operation have been satisfied, and they have withdrawn their opposition.

We are satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.121(1) of the Act and we grant the application. The certificate may issue immediately.
