DECISION

We have before us an application by Beverley Aroha McIntyre for a General Manager’s Certificate.

The Police and Agency Inspector opposed the application on the basis of a conviction incurred in February 2009 for a liquor related traffic offence. The matter was referred to the Authority for determination.

Given the lapse of time since the offence occurred the Police and Inspector have now withdrawn their opposition.

We are satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.121(1) of the Act and we grant the application. The certificate may issue immediately.
