ORAL DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY
[1] At the hearing the applicant made an application for an adjournment. It was recognised that he had been given inadequate notice of the hearing. He said he had had insufficient time to prepare and, further, had been unable to brief his agent (who was on holiday).
[2] The application for the adjournment was not opposed.
[3] Accordingly the application for the adjournment was granted.
