DECISION

We have before us an application by Corey Andrew Hondelink for a General Manager’s Certificate.

The Police opposed the application due to Mr Hondelink’s previous criminal history. The matter was referred to the Authority for determination.

A supplementary report from the Police reveals that a period of over five years has elapsed since the applicant’s last offence and opposition is now withdrawn.

We are satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.121(1) of the Act and we grant the application. The certificate may issue immediately.
