DECISION
In decision [2110] NZLLA 909, dated 26 August 2010, we made an order suspending an on-licence held by Acey & Bear Limited in respect of premises situated at 473-483 Main Street, Palmerston North, known as "Highflyers Bar and Kitchen". The suspension was to have been executed between 7 October 2010 and 9 October 2010.
Due to the licensee’s pre-arranged business commitments counsel for the respondent has requested that the period of suspension be advanced by two weeks.
In the circumstances we agree to rehear the matter on the papers pursuant to s.110(3) and we grant the request.
Accordingly, we make the following amended order:
On-licence number 039/ON/4/2010, issued to Acey & Bear Limited, is suspended for 48 hours from 7.00 am on Thursday 23 September 2010 until 7.00 am on Saturday 25 September 2010.
