DECISION

In decision [2010] NZLLA 1385 we made an order to suspend a General Manager’s Certificate held by Taetafe Sanele Pauli.

The suspension, with a term of 30 days, was to have taken effect from Monday 10 January 2011.

Due to staffing constraints at the respondent’s place of employment the Authority has been requested to consider whether it is possible to delay the period of suspension.

Having considered the request we agree to rehear the matter on the papers pursuant to s.110(3) and we now make the following amended order:

General Manager’s Certificate number GM/08/193/2006, issued to Taetafe Sanele Pauli, is suspended for 30 days from Monday 21 February 2011.

DATED at WELLINGTON this 5th day of January 2011
