DECISION
We have before us four applications for General Managers’ Certificates that had been opposed by the regulatory authorities for a variety of reasons necessitating their determination at a public hearing.
When the applicants were called there was no appearance before the Authority.
In the circumstances we must presume that the applicants are no longer interested in pursuing their applications.
Consequently, we are unable to be satisfied as to the matters to which we must have regard in s.121(1) of the Act and the applications are refused.
DATED at WELLINGTON this 7TH day of September 2011
